1. General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered in part.
2. Comments and Reactions
There are no refunds for unused Facebook comments or reactions once the delivery process has begun. Engagements are distributed gradually to ensure authenticity and natural activity.
3. Facebook Profiles and Pages
Purchases of Facebook profiles and pages are non-refundable. Ownership and access details are provided as described at the time of delivery.
4. Invites and Access
Once an invite or page access request has been accepted, the transaction is considered complete. At that point, no warranty, replacement, or refund will be provided.
5. Service Modifications
If you wish to change your ad or campaign details after an order has started, we can apply any remaining unused engagements to your updated content. However, no refunds will be issued for partial or unused portions.
